Timber Kiddies Preschool offers a part time and full day preschool (Monday-Thursday 9-1 or 9a-3p) that focuses on social emotional skills, kindergarten preparation through Multi cultures and a language and literacy!

 

Mission

Timber Kiddies Preschool, provides a preschool education for children of all ages in Bend, Oregon.  Multi cultural learning is incorporated into the language and literacy based curriculum that focuses on preparing the children for their educational journey.  Utilizing a blend of Preschool Content Standards ensures that Timber Kiddies students are entering kindergarten with the skills and knowledge base to succeed. 

 

Meet Aunty Malia!

Malia Finazzo is the primary owner and teacher at Timber Kiddies. She lived on Oahu/Kaua'i for almost 30 years.  A preschool teacher at Kamehameha Preschool for 9 years, A student of 'Olelo Hawai'i and Danced Hula for 6 years.  She holds a Masters degree in Teaching, as well as a CDA (Child Development Associate) credential.  She has over 25 years of teaching experience, with more than half of that time focused on preschool age children.  Teaching preschool has been a long-time passion, and it is with great pleasure that she is able to provide top quality education and learning opportunities at Timber Kiddies Preschool!
